個人簡介:

1996年畢業于山東(工業)大學,考入大連理工大學三束材料改性國家重點實驗室讀碩士,兩年後轉攻讀博士學位。2001年底畢業,2002年至2004年在清華大學物理系博士後流動站工作,出站後留校工作。2005年到德國西門子公司中央研究院從事離子束輔助沉積相關設備和實驗工作。2007年調到beat365英国官网网站工作,2018年評為教授。目前是多個國内外刊物的評審,在國内外重要刊物上發表論文100餘篇。其中SCI收錄30多篇,EI收錄20多篇。以第一、二發明人申請專利70多項,已授權50多項。先後主持過國家自然科學基金5項、國家863課題3項、基礎加強課題1項、技術基礎科研1項、裝備預研1項、航天科研基金、航空科研基金和企業橫向科研項目等40多項。

 

北京市新材料技術協會副會長、入選北京市科技新星;國家自然基金委、科技部、科工委等的項目評審專家;中國電工學會電子束離子束專業委員會委員、中國電子學會超導電子學專業委員會委員、《微納電子技術》理事會理事;成果獲2017年北京市技術發明獎、中國産學研合作創新成果獎等。受聘為中船系統工程研究院和北京衛星環境工程研究所“特聘教授”。目前是教育部重點實驗室常務副主任。

 

在國際上提出同步織構(STEX)方法、離子束結構改性(ISM)方法等用于YBCO塗層導體制備;在國際上首先報道了采用離子束輔助沉積和化學溶液方法結合用于YBCO塗層導體的成功制備;在自行設計的新型熱處理設備上,制備的大面積2-3英寸雙面超導薄膜表面微波電阻達到實用化世界先進水平;提出采用新型的載能束改性等方法,對于REBCO高溫超導膜進行磁通釘紮,電流密度提高1-2個數量級,達到量子極限;針對寬帶隙半導體的p摻雜難題,實驗上成功采用共摻雜技術解決;提出在金屬鋁等導體中引入石墨烯摻雜提高導電的技術,可以大大降低電力損耗和提高電子器件的品質因子。針對小型化高精度微弱磁場探測迫切需求,提出超導/GMI複合結構新概念傳感器;針對微弱磁場測量對于環境降噪的苛刻要求,提出通過高精度梯度裝置以及采用主被動結合的高效磁屏蔽技術實現識别與探測。針對精密磁探測應用面臨的諸多問題,與北京衛星環境工程研究所、中船系統工程研究院、海洋探測研究院、西安空間無線電技術研究所等單位合作開展系列創新工作。
