研究方向:磁、光、電功能材料的界面設計、調控及物性研究,探索多鐵性氧化物中新奇物理效應,構建異質結構器件。


個人簡介:崔益民,博士,教授,碩士、博士研究生導師,主要從事鈣钛礦結構多鐵性物質表面、界面結構和物理特性等方面的研究工作,發現多鐵型氧化物薄膜的反常磁學和電學特性,揭示出薄膜微結構調控與物理性能耦合的應變機制,發現多鐵型氧化物異質界面的電阻開關效應及其可見光調制現象,探明界面結構與性能調控的物理機理。近年主持參加國家自然科學基金、國家研究專項課題等各類項目20餘項,發表SCI論文100餘篇,授權國家發明專利8項,指導碩士研究生、博士研究生20人次,指導本科畢設12人次,參與獲北航教學成果一等獎、二等獎等。
