教授、博導。1981年7月畢業于中國科技大學物理系,獲學士學位;2000年12月畢業于北京大學技術物理系,獲博士學位;2003年4月北京大學博士後出站到beat365英国官网网站理學院任教。
是中國電工技術學會電子束、離子束專業委員會副主任委員、教育部全國高等學校核工程類專業教學指導委員會委員、中國輻射防護學會科普與教育分會常務理事、中國輻射防護學會聚變輻射防護分會理事、校研究生教學督導組成員,全國民航“三八”紅旗手、北航優秀主講教師、優秀黨務工作者、優秀班主任,中國電工技術學會優秀會員、全國高校第八屆物理演示教學儀器評獎中獲一等獎;指導創辦科普志願者協會,是優秀社團指導教師;“求是”黨建工作坊指導教師,研究生獲國際重要學術大會青年學者獎、國内專委會優秀論文獎等多項獎項。
從教34年,承擔大學物理、大學物理實驗、理論力學、核技術基礎、核技術及應用、激光及應用等13門本科生和研究生理論與實驗課程,近五年年均理論課時超200學時。負責籌建beat365英国官网网站的核物理專業、 “核物理實驗”與“核電子學實驗”兩個教學實驗室;參與籌建beat365英国官网网站物理科學與核能工程學院。
另從事粒子輻照效應理論與實驗研究多年,參與多項國家自然科學基金及總裝基金項目的研究,相關研究涉及核物理、核技術及應用、計算物理等領域,特别是脈沖功率技術、離子/電子加速技術、束流診斷與射線探測、高能密度粒子束輻照物理問題及應用技術等。主持包括自然基金、探索一代、外專局引智等縱、橫項目二十餘項,獲得發明專利2項,主持教改3項。是“離子束表面改性方法新探索-脈沖化注入研究”、“強脈沖離子束的産生及其表面處理新技術”以及“高溫合金熱障塗層及抗氧化塗層制備中強脈沖離子束輻照新方法新工藝研究”等自然科學基金項目的主要成員之一;是國家自然科學基金面上項目“強脈沖離子束輻照固體表面熱力學過程研究”、“渦輪發動機葉片的清洗與改性的新技術、新工藝及其特性研究”、“強流脈沖離子束輻照金屬材料引發表層缺陷的産生機制”及其他相關項目等的項目主持人,目前作為項目主持人負責國家自然科學基金面上項目“脈沖荷能粒子束瞬态熱驅動靶材表層微裂紋的機制研究”的研究,參加國家自然科學基金重點項目“高分辨率探測器系統的研發和一種奇特原子核質量的新型測量方法”的研究;參與了與西北核技術研究所合作進行了若幹相關研究工作。發表論文百餘篇,其中SCI論文97篇,教研論文/報告十餘篇。先後前往日本、韓國、俄羅斯、法國、德國、比利時等等國家進行學術交流,與來自俄羅斯托木斯克理工大學、日本大阪大學、築波大學白俄羅斯國立大學等建立了良好的合作關系,合作内容包括聯合培養、聯合實驗室及合作研究等,主導引進多名高層次人才。
