Title: Study of the light baryon states in Λ+c decays

Abstract:

A Σ*resonance with spin-parity JP = 1/2- and mass in thevicinity of the Kbar N threshold has been predicted in the five quark pictureand the unitary chiral approach. In this talk, based on the dominant Cabibbofavored weak decay mechanism, we perform a study of Λ+c decays for studying the possibleΣ*state decaying into πΛ or πΣ. We show that these Λ+c decays can be used to study thepossible Σ* state and other light baryon states.

謝聚軍，中國科學院近代物理研究所副研究員，博士生導師，2003年畢業于東北師範大學，2008年7月畢業于中國科學院高能物理研究所并獲得博士學位。先後在台灣大學，西班牙瓦倫西亞大學從事博士後研究，2008年7月至2012年12月在鄭州大學物理工程學院工作，2012年12月在中國科學院近代物理研究所工作至今。中科院青年創新促進會會員。其主要研究方向為強子物理和核物理，目前已經發表SCI論文一百多篇，總引用一千三百多次。
