Title:   Status of muon g-2 measurement and the prospect of Muon g-2/EDM experiment at J-PARC

Abstract:

    The recent Fermilab measurement of the muon anomalous magnetic moment yields about 4.2σ deviation of aµ ≡ (g−2)µ/2 from the SM prediction. In this talk, the experiment will be briefly introduced. Also, this talk will introduce a new experiment proposed in Japan to measure the muon g-2 with different approach. The details of this new experiment will be presented and the potential of two experiments will be compared. 報告将簡單回顧費米muon g-2實驗的方法和最新結果，并介紹日本目前正在籌備中的新 muon g-2實驗，對比讨論兩個實驗在方法、目标上的異同，最後對muon g-2及相關實驗做簡單展望。
